You may have noticed my gallery has shrunk.

I've decided to delete all the crap, which seems to be most of my gallery!

As well as getting a better camera I think my skills have also somewhat improved, and I can really see the difference.

I also hate the watermark I put on half the photos when I first joined here because I didn't realise dA did watermarks!

Some of the old photos I've left on here though, just because I like them

From now on I'll try and condense my uploads and only submit what I think are my best works.

Please take a look at my new, and hopefully improved, gallery!

A Controversial Issue.

Ok, I've seen a few deviants now posting 'art' depicting self harm.

Some are exploiting their scars with photos, some are drawings depicting the act of cutting, others are quite frankly taking the piss with props such as ketchup.

Personally, I don't find this amusing or artistic in any way, if anything, I find it offensive.

If people genuinely self harm, they often have serious problems which they are NOT going to flaunt.

I have a feeling the recent 'emo' phase has somewhat influenced people to think self harm is 'cool' or in fashion, which is ridiculous.

People who hurt themselves on purpose need help, they are not people grovelling for attention on DeviantArt.

If you are one of these people posting these stupid images I suggest you take them off this site.

Self harm is not something to joke about.

So my camera stopped working a few weeks ago, I send it off the Germany for repairs, and it comes back:

- Not in the original box I sent it in (the proper camera box)

- Without the contents of the box = Documents, instructions, and a camera case

- Without the strap which was on it

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

- Without the BATTERY in it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so friggin angry. It's still guaranteed and insured. I'm SUPPOSED to get immediate replacement but no they make me send it off then return it in worse condition than it was in the first place! Probably still doesn't even work!!!

Anyway, I'm off to send Kodak an abusive complaint.

Then I shall return to Currys and demand a replacement. Grrrr....
